For the successful Cleaning Area Manager our client is offering:
- £15.38 per hour
- 37.5hrs Monday to Friday with some evening and weekend work
- Temporary to Permanent position
- Company Car /Van, fuel card, phone and tablet provided
- Performance bonus
The role of the Cleaning Area Manager:
- Manage daily cleaning operations across the Liverpool/Birkenhead area to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleaning staff operations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Train, mentor, and support cleaning team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies that align with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and prepare reports as required.
What our client is looking for in an Cleaning Area Manager:
- Strong customer service skills – ESSENTIAL
- Full driving licence – ESSENTIAL
- Excellent organisational skills – DESIRABLE
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
