Job Details:
- Pay: £15.86 per hour (including 9% shift allowance)
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Days (7-3 / 8-4), flexibility required due to annualised hours
- Duration: Temporary (ongoing with a view to going permanent for the right candidate)

Job Role:
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations across multiple production areas. The Process Technician role involves material handling, formulation, filling, equipment setup, cleaning, and participating in validation activities, all within a highly regulated environment. You will also carry out routine equipment checks, monitor production output and quality, and ensure all activities are completed in line with strict GMP and regulatory standards.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a highly regulated industry
- Strong understanding of GMP / GxP environments required for any Process Technician
- Knowledge and application of Lean manufacturing principles (Six Sigma, 5S, Operational Excellence)
- Good level of computer literacy
