Recruit4staff are representing a well-established food manufacturing business in their search for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work in Wrexham.
Job Details:
- Pay: £50,000 per annum (rising to £52,416 after successful completion of a 6-month probation period)
- Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern (4 days then 4 nights)
- Duration: Permanent
- Benefits: Opportunities for training and development, support with further courses and salary progression, standard pension scheme, 20 days holiday, Overtime per hour.
Job Role: The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), attend breakdowns, maintain pumps, valves and other site assets, work from the CMMS system, and apply continuous improvement techniques to support operational reliability and production performance within a food manufacturing environment.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- The successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will have maintenance experience within an FMCG environment
- Previous experience servicing and maintaining pumps and valves
- HNC/BTEC qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- IOSH qualification would be advantageous
- 18th Edition electrical qualification
- Steam works qualification
- Food Safety Level 2 qualification
