Job Role: As a CAD Technician, you will be responsible for modifying existing sheet metal and fabrication drawings to meet specific customer requirements. The CAD Technician will work within an ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring all drawings meet strict quality standards. You will liaise closely with production engineers, fabricators, sheet metal workers, and assembly operators to ensure designs are accurate and manufacturable. This CAD Technician role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt designs efficiently.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a CAD Technician or in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D
