Job Details:
• Pay: £26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
• Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
• Duration: Permanent
• Benefits: Standard pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Job Role: As a Assembly/Production Operative, you will be responsible for assembling and disassembling machinery, reworking tools, managing stock, and assisting customers. You\’ll also use FLT equipment and work within a small, skilled team in a busy workshop and warehouse setting.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
• Hold a full UK driving licence ESSENTIAL
• Experience of working within a small team in a workshop, warehouse, and product assembly environment
• Mechanical engineering experience would be an advantage
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
• FLT Counterbalance Licence and/or FLT Reach Licence – preferred; training will be provided
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Professional and helpful telephone manner
• High standard of work, quick learner, detail-oriented, and capable of working unsupervised
• Basic computer literacy – training provided

• Provide telephone technical support to customers
