Recruit4staff are representing a leading manufacturing and healthcare solutions business in their search for a Marketing Executive to work in Wrexham.
Job Details:
- Pay: Up to £32,000 per annum
- Hours of Work: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm Monday - Friday (38.75 hours per week)
- Duration: Contract (Approximately 14 months)
- Benefits: Employee 3%, employer 5% pension contribution, private medical insurance after 6 months, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays)
Job Role:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in delivering innovative and customer-focused marketing strategies within a B2B environment. The Marketing Executive will work closely with the sales team and stakeholders to design and implement marketing services that drive sales growth, improve customer retention, and enhance brand positioning. You will support campaign development, product launches, and digital initiatives, ensuring all activities align with the commercial plan. The Marketing Executive will also manage external agencies, oversee communications, and continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and customer engagement.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a marketing or sales role within a B2B environment as a Marketing Executive
- Strong experience in digital marketing, including social media, website management, online advertising, and SEO
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and a creative problem solver with a proactive approach
- Proven ability to manage campaigns and deliver results as a Marketing Executive
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- CIM qualification (Chartered Institute of Marketing)
- Previous experience working in a similar Marketing Executive role
