Recruit4staff are representing an expanding food production business in their search for Food Production Operatives to work in Wrexham. Training will take place in Corwen until the site moves to Wrexham in January 2026. Free shuttle buses from Wrexham, Oswestry, Chirk, Froncysyllte, and Llangollen to the Corwen site are available.

Pay:

  • 6am–2pm Monday to Friday: £12.52 per hour (including a shift allowance)
  • 2pm–10pm Monday to Friday: £13.67 per hour (including a shift allowance)
  • 10pm–6am Sunday to Thursday: £14.81 per hour (including a shift allowance)

Hours of Work: ADHOC shifts (as required)

Duration: Temp-to-perm position with the possibility of going permanent

Job Role: The Food Production Operatives will be responsible for operating machinery, packing and labelling food products, and loading ingredients into machines. You will work as part of a fast-paced team maintaining high standards of cleanliness and production accuracy.
