Job Details:
- Pay: £22,134 to £26,000 per annum DOE (with an uncapped commission structure)
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM – every 2nd Friday off
- Duration: Permanent

Job Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be part of a team responsible for sourcing and screening top talent across a range of vacancies. You'll be making a high volume of phone calls, qualifying at least 15 candidates per day, and matching them to the right roles. You’ll also be using leading candidate sourcing tools, attending local job fairs, preparing CV's and preparing a shortlist of candidates for roles across the UK. If you’re motivated by success, commission, and a clear path for progression, this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role is for you.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a phone-based customer service or sales role
- Strong personality with confidence, resilience, and a hunger to succeed
- Tech-savvy with excellent admin and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
