Job Details:
- Pay: £29,714.28 per annum (increasing to £30,714.36 once training is completed)
- Hours of Work: Quads: 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am — 3 x 12 hours per week rotating between days/nights
- Duration: Permanent
- Benefits: 7% Pension Contribution, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Life Assurance x1 Salary
Job Role: As a Machine Setter, you will be responsible for setting and running all folding machines to maximise shift output while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role includes troubleshooting machinery, supporting operational compliance with company systems, and contributing to absence management and workplace efficiency.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on and setting machinery (ideally in a printing, pharmaceuticals, or food environment)
