For the successful Electrical Fitters, our client is offering:
- Starting pay rate of £12.85 - £15.07, this completely depends on experience
- Days position - 7:30am-5pm with a 12:30pm finish on Fridays
- Overtime available - (Time and a half during the week & on Saturdays / Double Time on Sundays)
- Temporary to Permanent position
- Bonus at Christmas depending on business performance
- Extra 1 day annual leave after 5 years of service
- Extra 2 days annual leave after 10 years of service
The Role - Electrical Fitters:
- Use of hand and power tools daily
- Installing Electrical components onto Trailers/Lorries
- Wiring
- Reading from diagrams
- Carrying out necessary repairs
- Fault finding
- Working on low volume, high specification vehicles for blue chip customers
What our client is looking for in Electrical Fitters:
- Own hand tools - PREFERRED
- Our client is seeking candidates with experience in a similar area
- Must be able to pass a DRUGS test at interview stage
- Ability to read from Engineering drawings
- Must be physically fit as this isn’t Production Line based work
