- Pay: Competitive Salary
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week between 08:00 – 18:00
- Duration: Permanent

Job Role:
The Compliance Manager will report directly to the Site Director and take ownership of the Health, Safety, Compliance, and Environmental (HSCE) function, managing two direct reports. The Compliance Manager will ensure full adherence to regulatory frameworks, customer requirements, and industry standards, while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business. Working closely with Quality and Operations teams, the Compliance Manager will align operational processes with best practice in safety, compliance, and sustainability, using strong technical expertise and clear communication to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Compliance Manager within the print & packaging industry (ideally high-end packaging)
- Experience in manufacturing systems management
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using spreadsheets/databases
- Experience with audits, non-conformance investigations, and supplier/customer quality issues
- Working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SEDEX)
- Knowledge of UK and EU regulations
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Accredited internal or lead auditor qualification relevant to a Compliance Manager
