As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving product quality by conducting internal quality audits, investigating customer complaints, and collaborating with management to develop new product designs and quality training methods. You will provide technical expertise and lead root cause analysis for product and process issues, ensuring effective containment and corrective actions. Additionally, you will engage with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement, influence performance to achieve operational KPIs, and serve as the primary contact for customer quality issues and resolutions.

Job Details:

  • Pay: Competitive Salary
  • Hours of Work: 39 per week; Monday to Thursday 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM, Friday 07:30 AM to 12:30 PM
  • Duration: Permanent
