For the successful Production Manager, our client is offering:

  • Up to £54,000 per annum
  • Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm
  • Permanent Position
  • Free parking
  • Annual Company Bonus

The role – Production Manager:

  • Supporting the Manufacturing Director in managing the daily operations of the site within the relevant areas of production and batch manufacturing.
  • Supervise and motivate production teams to ensure a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to resolve production challenges and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor and control production costs, ensuring efficient use of resources without compromising quality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production processes.

What our client is looking for in a Production Manager:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a Manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
  • Strong management experience with the ability to drive activity and challenge if/when necessary
  • Knowledge of the application of good manufacturing practices
  • Ability to lead others to desired outcomes
