Recruit4staff are representing a well-established FMCG business in their search for an Engineering Team Leader to work in Manchester.

Job Details:

  • Pay: Up to £55,000 per annum
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Days role
  • Duration: Permanent

Job Role:

As an Engineering Team Leader, you will manage the on-site engineering team, leading performance reviews, coaching and developing staff to align with business goals. You will drive team motivation through strong leadership, oversee contractors and maintenance suppliers, and contribute to the Maintenance Excellence roadmap. This role also includes analysing CMMS data to identify improvements and reviewing maintenance activities for cost-effective opportunities.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Experience of managing an on-site team within the FMCG environment
  • Experience in working with process equipment P&ID's
  • Must be an effective communicator with strong people skills
  • Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
