Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading building services company in their search for a Maintenance Plumber to work across multiple sites in Coventry For the successful Maintenance Plumber our client is offering: Up to Β£33,000 per annum (Depending on experience) Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week Permanent Role Company van and tools 29 days inclusive of Bank Holidays, (pro-rata for this year to December 31st) Paid travel time The role – Maintenance Plumber: Installing, maintaining, and repairing all types of plumbing systems and pipework (copper, PVC, etc.). Carrying out complex plumbing repairs and installations. Diagnosing and resolving faults in water systems, including leaks, blockages, and pressure issues. Installing and maintaining sanitary ware (toilets, sinks, showers). Working on hot water systems and commercial heating systems. Service and maintenance work on swimming pool plant Mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems and plant room equipment General maintenance such as basic joinery and plumbing work Accurately recording PPM, reactive, and condition check data on the work app. What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Plumber: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent – ESSENTIAL Proven experience working on pool plant – BENEFICIAL Knowledge of water regulations and plumbing standards.- ESSENTIAL Experience in maintaining and repairing a variety of plumbing systems.- ESSENTIAL Previous experience in FM or building management services Full Drivers License – ESSENTIAL Key skills or similar Job titles: Plumber, Maintenance Plumber, Mechanical Craft Engineer, Multi Skilled Plumber, Multi-skilled Plumber, Facilities Plumber, Commutable From: Coventry, Birmingham, Rugby, Warwick, Nuneaton For further information about this and other positions please apply now.
