What our client is offering for the successful CNC Setter Operator:
- £30,000 P/A
- Monday to Thursday 7.45 AM to 4.30 PM (this will change after training to 6-2 and 2-10 rotating shift)
- Permanent position
- Company pension scheme

The Role CNC Setter Operator:
- Setting and operating CNC milling and turning machines to manufacture precision-engineered components
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications to produce parts to the required tolerances
- Conducting quality inspections using precision measuring equipment
- Implementing new production methods and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Carrying out preventative maintenance on CNC machinery
- Supporting and assisting other CNC Operators, providing guidance and training where required
- Working to production schedules whilst maintaining high quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 procedures and quality requirements
- Following all company Health and Safety regulations
