Recruit4staff are representing an established engineering business in their search for a Pipefitter to work from their Widnes based workshop, also on their project sites in Warrington.
Pay: £24.05 per hour (CIS) Overtime paid at enhanced rates: £28.70 / £33.35
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00.
Duration: Contract (Minimum of 6 weeks, can become a long-term semi-permanent position)
Job Role:
- Working within the workshop and site.
- The workshop work will include, but is not limited to, working to drawings to cut/prep and set up new pipework spools for welding.
- The site work will include the measuring of field fit lengths of pipework and being able to communicate the information.
- The candidate must be willing to also carry out site installation works, bolting pipe spools, valves, pumps and must also be able to fabricate/install screwed pipe.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Fabrication and installation of screwed pipework
- Measuring, cutting, and prepping pipework
- Site installation and maintenance experience
- Project/job dependent and regular shutdowns
- Free parking on site
