Recruit4staff are representing an established engineering and manufacturing business in their search for a CNC Machine Manager to work in Deeside Job Details: Pay: £60,000 per annum Hours of Work: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30 & Friday 08:00–15:00 Duration: Permanent Benefits: 26 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and 5% company pension Job Role: As the CNC Machine Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the CNC machining department, ensuring production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards and delivery commitments. The CNC Machine Manager will lead, manage and develop machine shop personnel while ensuring departmental performance supports wider business objectives. Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Machine Manager or managing a CNC machining/manufacturing department Strong knowledge of CNC milling, turning and machining operations relevant to a CNC Machine Manager position HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent industry experience Recognised CNC Machining or Engineering qualification Supervisory or Management Qualification such as ILM Level 3/5, CMI, NVQ Level 3/5 Management or equivalent Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications IOSH Managing Safely would be advantageous for the CNC Machine Manager Commutable From: Deeside, Flint, Wrexham, Ellesmere Port, Wirral, Birkenhead Similar Job Titles: Machine Shop Manager, Engineering Manager, Machining Manager, C.N.C Manager For further information about this CNC Machine Manager position and other positions please apply now.
