Recruit4staff are representing an established engineering and manufacturing business in their search for a CNC Machine Manager to work in Deeside Job Details: Pay: £60,000 per annum Hours of Work: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30 & Friday 08:00–15:00 Duration: Permanent Benefits: 26 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and 5% company pension Job Role: As the CNC Machine Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the CNC machining department, ensuring production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards and delivery commitments. The CNC Machine Manager will lead, manage and develop machine shop personnel while ensuring departmental performance supports wider business objectives.
