For the successful Machine Operator our client is offering;

  • Starting salary ranging between GBP30,363.06 – GBP34,606.35 – THIS WILL DEPEND ON THE SHIFT YOU\’RE ON
  • Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern – 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am
  • Permanent roles available within a thriving manufacturing business

The Role of the Machine Operator;

  • Working in a busy Manufacturing environment
  • Setting up of machinery
  • Minimising machine downtime
  • Making adjustments to settings on the machine where necessary
  • Carrying out basic machine maintenance where necessary and reporting issues to the Cell Leader
  • Ensuring machines are running efficiently
  • Use of the computer system within the machine
  • Completing paperwork to record production output and downtime
  • Carrying out pre checks to machinery
  • Addressing any potential issues to machinery

What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator;

  • Previous Machine Operating experience – ESSENTIAL
  • Able to demonstrate Technical skills towards Manufacturing / Machine Operation
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience working on a modern / fast paced machinery
  • Have experience in machine set up / Basic machine maintenance – ESSENTIAL
  • Demonstrate stability within the work history
