- Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Job Role:
As a HVAC Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC projects. You will review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop detailed costings for HVAC and mechanical systems. The role requires collaboration with design teams to optimise system performance and cost-efficiency, analysing supplier and subcontractor quotes, and presenting bid packages. This position also involves liaising with engineers and project managers to ensure all estimates align with project goals and timelines, while staying current with market trends and pricing.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems
- HND / HNC or Bachelor's degree in HVAC mechanical services or a related field preferred
