Job Description
Recruit4staff are representing a leading building services business in their search for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer – Electrical Bias to work in Cardiff\\n\\nJob Details:\\n\\nPay: Starting Salary of £40,000 per annum, which will rise to £42,000 after a successful probation period (Shift allowance of £2500)\\nHours of Work: Working hours, 7am-7pm | 7pm-7am 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 hour shifts\\nDuration: Permanent\\nBenefits: 22 days holiday, Pension, Company phone, Training & development opportunities\\nJob Role: Undertake the maintenance and repair of electrical services, including fabric tasks of buildings as required under contract. Completing planned and reactive maintenance in commercial buildings. Completing the appropriate paperwork and reports.
Working on singe phase and 3-phase systems, HVAC and plant room equipment. Completing service, maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdown.
