Recruit4Mum is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead the ward and oversee twenty four hour care delivery, including supervision of students, in collaboration with the Matron and senior ward team.

You will ensure high standards of holistic, patient-centred care, coordinate patient care, manage resources and performance of staff while working within Trust policies and the NMC Code.
