Salary: £13.47 – £13.90 per hour (plus 10% unsocial hours plussage)

Hours per week: 37 hours per week

Our Reablement Support Workers provide vital assistance to individuals in their homes post‑hospital discharge. They play a pivotal role in helping customers achieve their goals, working closely with dedicated occupational therapists to co‑develop personalised reablement plans.

We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for helping others who are available on a rota basis between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, 365 days a year. Showcase your flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role involves travel for customer visits. You will need a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, unless other suitable transport or a reasonable adjustment is agreed.
