We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused

Senior Sales Executive to lead the delivery of our Shared Ownership sales programme.

You’ll manage a high-performing sales team, work closely with estate agents and internal stakeholders, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from their first enquiry through to completion.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your leadership, sales and customer service expertise to deliver successful sales, drive performance and help more people achieve home ownership while supporting PA Housing’s growth ambitions.

You’ll have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately two to three days per week in the office once settled in the role.

This is flexible and depends on meeting cycles and board activity.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Lead, coach and develop the Sales Executive team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Drive the successful sale of Shared Ownership homes from initial enquiry through to legal completion.
  • Manage relationships with estate agents, solicitors, financial advisers and internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient sales process.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs and CRM reporting, identifying trends and opportunities to improve results.
  • Oversee marketing suites, show homes and sales launches to maximise customer engagement.
  • Manage complex customer cases, complaints and sales queries, ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Support pricing strategies, incentives and market research to optimise sales performance across developments.
  • Ensure compliance with Shared Ownership legislation, Section 106 requirements and funding guidance

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience managing a high-performing sales team within Shared Ownership, new homes or residential property sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Shared Ownership, leasehold transactions, conveyancing and the customer journey.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience managing relationships with estate agents, solicitors, financial advisers and other external partners.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting.
  • A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
