As a Senior Consultant in the Programme and Change Acceleration team, you will lead and support the delivery of complex business transformation and change initiatives across multiple sectors. You will focus initially on delivering high-impact change within Manufacturing, Automotive and Life Sciences, applying change expertise to help clients achieve successful and sustainable change.

As a Senior Consultant you will play a key role in:

  • Independently leading the execution of workstreams on client delivery, and being a mentor/coach to junior team members, enabling capability development and growth of our team.
  • Supporting delivery of business transformation initiatives by championing the use of change-management methodologies, tools, and processes on client engagements, while contributing to the advancement of P&CA thought leadership.
  • Contributing to the development of internal training pathways to strengthen P&CA capability and provide coaching to junior members of the team.
  • Applying a commercial mindset to proactively identify new opportunities to support clients and help shape our P&CA service offers.

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

  • Business Development – Leading / contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
  • Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.

YOUR PROFILE

Proven track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives, across multiple industries, with expertise in delivering successful change-management initiatives across Manufacturing, Automotive or Life Sciences. Experience and expertise in designing and executing change-management strategies, leveraging tailored communications, delivering and facilitating training, and KPI tracking to drive change adoption. Experience managing workstreams or small projects on client engagements, leading high-performance teams, and effectively delegating tasks to direct reports. Experience in multiple change-management delivery approaches and methodologies. Strong commercial awareness, including the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities and manage budgets effectively. Demonstrated skills in people development through coaching and managing others.

Desirable skills and/or experience:

  • Holds related qualifications – PROSCI Change Practitioner, APMG Change qualifications or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformations, including SAP S/4HANA or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience in M&A transitions and/or experience delivering outsourcing programmes and employee transition strategies.
  • Experience working in regulated environments, with technical roles such as scientists, engineers and other related roles.
  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
  • Currently working in a major Consulting firm, or in industry with prior Consulting experience.
  • Experience of proposition building and delivery.
  • Already hold or, willing and eligible to obtain within 6 months, UK security vetting status of Security Check (SC).
