- Lebensmittelzubereitung einschließlich Backen von Brot und Keksen
- Sicherstellen, dass Bereiche zur Vorbereitung und Lagerung von Lebensmitteln den Gesundheits- und Sicherheits- sowie Prüfungsstandards entsprechen
- Einhaltung der Lebensmittelrichtlinien
- Kassenbetrieb
- Lagerbestandsüberwachung
- Annahme von Lieferungen
- Umsetzung der täglichen und wöchentlichen Reinigungspläne
- Einhaltung der Schutz- und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
- Schaffung einer sicheren Arbeitsumgebung für Mitarbeiter und Gäste

Frühere Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet Lebensmittelzubereitung, Catering, Einzelhandelsverkauf und/oder Gästeservice ist wünschenswert jedoch nicht unerlässlich – denn Sie werden umfassend geschult und nehmen an verschiedenen Kursen der University of Subway® teil.
