The Salesforce Architect is responsible for designing, developing and implementing scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role ensures alignment between business requirements and technology solutions while establishing best practices for system architecture, integration and governance.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

  • Design and oversee end-to-end Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
  • Translate functional requirements into technical architecture and solution designs
  • Define system architecture, data models, security framework and integration patterns
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance models
  • Lead or support system integrations with internal and external applications
  • Review and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for scalability and performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams to drive solution alignment
  • Manage data integrity, security and compliance within the Salesforce platform
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend improvements or enhancements

Your Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience working with Salesforce platform typically 10 years
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities including configuration and customization
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning components (Aura and LWC) and SOQL
  • Experience with system integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model and automation tools
  • Ability to design scalable, maintainable and high-performance solutions
