We are currently recruiting for Bank Support Worker to join our team at National Neurological Services – Rochdale. At National Neurological Services we support people with Acquired Brain Injuries and Neurological conditions in rehabilitation. We strive to achieve personal goals and endeavour to support individuals in regaining as much independence as possible following the injury or condition. Our ultimate aim is for individuals to be able to return home and enjoy their lives again. Here at Ashbrook Neuro Rehabilitation Centre, we have capacity to support up to 7 individuals through their slow stream rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
- You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and then planning goals and ambitions together.
- You will help to plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
- You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
- You will help to plan and participate in any exciting days out they wish to enjoy.
- You will make a positive impact on someone’s life by supporting them to become more independent wherever possible.
