The Team

You’ll join our Regional Underwriting team in London, focused on managing and growing an existing Real Estate and property portfolio. It’s a supportive and collaborative environment, where people share knowledge, work closely with brokers and RDMs, and support each other’s development.

What you can expect in this role

  • You’ll manage and underwrite an existing Real Estate portfolio
  • You’ll work with brokers and RDMs to build trusted relationships
  • You’ll support portfolio performance, retention and growth
  • You’ll assess risk and contribute to underwriting and trading decisions
  • You’ll develop your knowledge of the London Real Estate market

What you might bring

  • Experience in underwriting commercial property or Real Estate risks
  • An understanding of the London Real Estate broker market, or an interest in developing this
  • A collaborative approach and enjoyment of working with others
  • Confidence, or a willingness to build confidence, in broker interactions
  • An organised and thoughtful way of working
  • An interest in developing professionally, including working towards CII qualifications
  • A motivated, positive approach with a willingness to learn and grow
