We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Quality team at ReAgent. This role works closely with departments across the business to ensure products, processes, and documentation meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will support continuous improvement across the site through audits, inspections, investigations, and quality documentation, helping to maintain compliance, reduce waste, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct shop floor, line, first piece, and goods-out inspections.
- Lead housekeeping audits and support sitewide compliance.
- Handle customer complaints from receipt through to resolution.
- Investigate non-conformances and support CAPA implementation.
- Support change control processes and deviations from company procedures.
- Create, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation.
- Conduct internal audits and host customer and accreditation audits.
- Support the development of quality standards and process improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a quality role within manufacturing or a regulated environment.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 preferred.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Able to work independently, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Confident working across teams and driving improvements.
Qualifications:
- Science degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
