About the role
You will contribute to the development and delivery of the Club’s coaching programme across the Pre-Academy, Development Centres and Foundation Phase, supporting players aged Under 7 to Under 12. Working closely with lead coaches and multidisciplinary staff, you will help create engaging, age-appropriate learning environments aligned with the Academy’s coaching and playing philosophy.
What you’ll do
- Support the planning and delivery of an age-appropriate coaching curriculum in line with Club philosophy.
- Deliver high-quality coaching sessions with a strong focus on individual player development.
- Support the organisation and delivery of games and school holiday programmes.
- Contribute to player reviews, feedback and transition into the Academy system.
- Work collaboratively with recruitment, performance and player care teams.
- Engage fully in continuous professional development and individual development planning.
