Responsibilities
- Work alongside Construction Inspectors and Contract Administrators to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Carry out site inspections and lead on smaller schemes such as fire door installations and repairs.
- Monitor compliance with building regulations, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
- Challenge contractors where needed and support value-for-money outcomes.
- Involve regular site reporting, attending project meetings, and assisting with surveys including snagging and defect inspections.
- Work at height using access equipment as required.
Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) and strong practical construction knowledge.
- Keen to build a career as a Site Supervisor.
- Eye for detail, confidence to challenge contractors, and ability to interpret technical drawings and resolve issues on site.
- Good IT skills and commitment to health & safety compliance.
- Willingness to work towards professional membership with the ICWCI and continue professional development.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
