Working in a brain injury rehabilitation service is fast paced and dynamic as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life.

Our environment is about growth – supporting people who have had a brain injury succeed in their rehabilitation goals whilst also providing a space for staff to grow and develop. Our teams are supporting individuals with an acquired brain injury to regain their skills, confidence and independence with the aim to return home or to more independent living. Our Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies. We don’t need people with vast care experience as in-depth training and mentoring is given. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded, proactive people who love working in a positive creative team.

All our inspected services have been awarded a very rare ‘Outstanding’ in all areas in their CQC inspections, making us the highest rated social care provider in England. This is due to our warm environment and outcomes we are achieving in working with individuals regain their lives after accident or injury. We have also been awarded the platinum level ‘Investors in People’. This is almost unheard of at entry level with only 1 or 2 other companies ever achieving this. We also have excellent career development programmes and opportunities, including Management training.

This role is on a rota basis which includes evening and weekend work and does involve personal care. We are more than happy to discuss the role further if you would like further information – it may well be the perfect role for you!
