Come and be part of the team that delivers exceptional customer service to our fans on match days. You will play a key part in ensuring our fans have an unforgettable matchday experience, from processing bookings on the phone to serving fans at our ticket booths. We are looking for candidates who can work all 19 home Premier League games, including any additional cup games. Due to the nature of the role, you may miss the start of the match – please be aware of this if you are currently a season ticket holder.
Your customer service background
