- Typical Day – Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual marketing plan, covering brand, digital, loyalty, and e Commerce activity within approved budgets.
- Deliver targeted B2B and B2C strategies aligned with commercial priorities and market segments.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and produce clear performance reports for stakeholders.
- Execute marketing initiatives in collaboration with Regional Marketing, e Commerce, Loyalty, Partnerships, and distribution partners.
- Support global and brand‑led campaigns, ensuring effective localisation and audience alignment.
- Lead promotional activity across all channels, ensuring consistency and brand compliance.
- Provide marketing support to Sales and F&B teams, including collateral and campaign development.
- Manage CRM activity, guest database integrity, and data protection compliance.
- Identify and activate local partnerships that drive incremental revenue.
- Grow audience engagement through compelling content and platform optimisation.
- Respond professionally to online guest feedback in line with brand voice.
- Achieve agreed KPIs and performance targets.
- Represent Marketing in commercial meetings, identifying revenue opportunities.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to inform strategy.
- Maintain full brand compliance across all marketing outputs.
- Lead content management for websites, OTAs, social media, digital marketing, and partnerships.
- Conduct regular marketing audits to meet Centre of Excellence standards.
- Support on‑property merchandising and maximise brand‑aligned opportunities.
- Manage internal and external requests efficiently and professionally.
- Champion Hilton’s values and culture.
- Build and lead an effective on‑property marketing strategy, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Support Personal Development Plans with clear milestones and progression pathways.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and encourage participation in training and industry events.
- Maintain strong communication with hotel leadership, Commercial, F&B, and operational teams.
- Build effective relationships with corporate and regional marketing, brand, e Commerce, loyalty, and partnership teams.
- Manage productive partnerships with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers.
What are we looking for?
- A degree in Marketing or Hotel Management, or experience of working in a similar marketing position in the hospitality sector.
- Previous marketing experience within a globally recognised hotel brand.
- Qualifications in Project or Time Management.
- Excellent communication skills in all areas of writing, listening and speaking English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
