Old Trafford, Office Based | Full-Time (37.5 hours; 8:45am to 5:50pm on Monday – Thursday with 1 hour lunch and 2 x 15 min break, and 8:45am to 5pm on Friday with 30 min lunch and 2 x 15 min break) | £28,000 per year

We serve a growing customer base across all business sectors, from SMEs to enterprise businesses and local government, throughout the UK.

  • A strong desire to deliver first-class customer service.

What will your role look like:

  • Efficiently schedule and dispatch Engineers to customer sites.
  • Monitor Engineer activity and progress.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and support tickets within agreed SLAs.
  • Process orders and close job tickets to ensure work is completed satisfactorily.
  • Record all customer communications within the CRM.
  • Contribute to improving our customer service standards by providing a professional and efficient service.
