We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College.
We’re looking for someone to provide hands‑on line management and supervision for a team of 30+ cleaners, covering the entire college estate—including accommodation and commercial areas.
You’ll play a key role in developing a customer‑focused service that consistently delivers exceptional cleaning standards.
Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with a shift pattern that includes scheduled weekends, you’ll also support estates management by working within budgets and helping achieve important KPIs and SLAs set by the college.

Responsibilities
- Deliver an innovative and modern cleaning service for Loughborough College premises
- Be responsible for stock control at Loughborough College and the accommodation
- Maintain a flexible working schedule throughout the working day
- Conduct regular audits of the college to ensure cleaning standards are maintained
Qualifications and Experience
- Willing to work towards BIC’s permit to practice or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to raise cleaning standards
- Previous experience of cleaning in a commercial environment using up‑to‑date best practices
- Understanding of health and safety requirements (COSHH)
