We’re looking for a Project & Mobilisation Manager to support the successful launch, refresh and retention of contracts across our London business portfolio. This is a varied, fast-paced role, working closely with Operations and our central teams to bring new concepts, changes and mobilisations to life. You’ll play a key role in helping projects land smoothly into live sites, creating structure and clarity while keeping people at the heart of delivery.
Job Description
- Support the mobilisation of new contracts, contract refreshes and retention projects, ensuring they are delivered smoothly and consistently.
- Coordinate mobilisation plans, timelines and key activities, working closely with Operations Teams and central support functions.
- Act as a central point of coordination for mobilisation activity, keeping teams aligned, informed and supported.
- Facilitate regular mobilisation and project check-ins, providing clear updates on progress, actions and next steps.
- Champion BaxterStorey mobilisation tools, templates and ways of working, keeping delivery structured but practical.
- Identify risks, challenges and dependencies early, collaborating with teams to resolve them.
- Support Operations with mobilisation planning, resourcing considerations and first-line assessment of support needs.
- Ensure effective handover into Operations, helping teams feel confident, informed and set up for success.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across HR, Finance, H&S, IT, Brand and Marketing for joined-up delivery.
- Capture learning from mobilisations and contribute ideas to continually improve project delivery.
- Support ad-hoc projects that improve efficiency, consistency and the overall experience for our teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting or managing contract mobilisation or operational projects, ideally within hospitality or contract catering.
- Strong organisational skills and confidence coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- A collaborative, people-focused approach with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Clear and confident communication skills, adaptable for different audiences.
- Practical understanding of project delivery and structured ways of working.
- Good commercial awareness, with appreciation of budgets, costs and operational realities.
- Proactive mindset, willing to roll up sleeves and support where needed.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
