MTVH is looking for a Programme Manager to support the delivery and reporting of development programmes across the organisation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate reporting to regulatory bodies including Homes England and the Greater London Authority (GLA), as well as supporting internal teams with programme data, compliance, and funding processes. You will be responsible for managing key reporting systems, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met effectively. As part of the Development team, you will provide programme, financial, and administrative support to enable the successful delivery of MTVH’s business plan. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, monitor programme performance, manage risks, and support funding applications and reporting to ensure projects progress smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead contact for Homes England, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and compliance
- Support reporting to the GLA and maintain strong relationships with regulatory stakeholders
- Manage programme data within systems such as IMS and OPS, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Monitor funding programmes, identify risks, and escalate issues where necessary
- Support funding bids, grant claims, and reporting processes to ensure timely submissions
