Learning Support Assistant – Earlsfield Primary School – Greater London
Salary: £22,935.60 per annum (Sc1c Sp2)
Job Introduction:
- 31.25 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8:45am to 3:30pm with a 30 minute lunchbreak)

We are a popular primary school in South West London seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work under the direction of the Assistant Head for Inclusion. A proven ability to empathise with and relate to young children is essential.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- The confidence to demonstrate the ability to manage pupils on a 1:1 basis.
- A keen interest in education and child development.
- Drive, ambition, and the ability to challenge, inspire and motivate.
- Good literacy, numeracy, communication and IT skills.
