We are seeking an experienced Martech Strategist with strong expertise in the banking domain who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role: We are seeking a visionary Martech Strategist who is responsible for shaping the marketing technology vision, roadmap, and operating model to enable data-driven, omnichannel customer engagement. This role partners with Marketing, Data, Product, and Technology teams to define use cases, evaluate platforms, architect integrations, and ensure marketing capabilities deliver measurable business outcomes.
Your Skills:
- Martech Strategy Roadmap: Shape Martech strategy and sequenced roadmap tied to business goals acquisition onboarding cross-sell retention. Build martech business case to support leadership buying.
- Use Cases definition: Define and prioritise use cases with clear requirements.
- Content Workflows: Advise on content management and marketing workflow management.
- Journeys: Advise on omnichannel journey orchestration.
- Measurement: Establish KPI framework recommend attribution incrementality approach.
- Platforms Integrations: Advise on martech platforms and their comparison and integrations.
- Artefacts: Produce exec-ready roadmaps, value cases, and risk positions.
- AIML: Identify opportunities for incorporation of AI in the Marketing process and define controls.
- Op Model: Recommend roles, responsibilities, RACI workflows.
- CXO level communication and presentation skills.
