We are seeking an experienced insurance advisory professional to join our growing Insurance Transformation Practice.
This role focuses on partnering directly with insurance clients to shape strategic agendas, solve complex operational and technology challenges, and drive transformation across underwriting, claims, distribution, and policy administration functions.
Unlike traditional delivery roles, this position is advisory in nature and requires a deep understanding of the insurance landscape, strong client engagement capabilities, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
- Collaborate with insurance clients to identify business needs, develop operations and IT strategies, and implement solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead workshops and design-thinking sessions to co-create future-state operating models and technology transformation roadmaps.
- Conduct business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Design and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases for system enhancements and new implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams across business, operations, data, and technology functions to ensure successful engagement outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to support adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Prepare and present project status updates, insights, recommendations, and executive-level communications.
- Stay informed about insurance industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and proactively share insights with clients and internal teams.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience within the insurance industry, focused on consulting, business analysis, project management, or transformation roles.

- Experience working with Tier 1 insurance carriers.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulatory environments, and emerging industry trends.

- Distribution Management Systems
- Billing Platforms
- Experience with platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Majesco is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and working with senior business stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex transformation programs.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities and delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in creating business documentation, process maps, requirements documents, and executive presentations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
