CEO Advisory is a globally sponsored initiative led by BCG’s CEO, Christoph Schweizer, designed to strengthen and accelerate relationships with BCG’s CEO and C‑suite clients. As the firm’s only formal platform dedicated to engaging this audience, CEO Advisory combines proprietary research, a proven program format, and deep expertise to support senior executives through critical leadership moments—whether as a new CEO, CEO candidate, or aspiring CEO. To date, the program has partnered with more than 400 CEOs and C‑suite leaders, serving as a trusted sounding board and performance partner.

A core component of the program is the delivery of high‑touch, small‑group CEO events that foster meaningful peer connections and enable learning on the most pressing topics facing today’s leaders. The initiative is led globally by a Managing Director and Senior Partner, with regional leadership in EMESA, and is supported by a network of former CEOs, senior advisors, and BCG experts who contribute as facilitators and thought partners. A dedicated global BST team drives day‑to‑day operations and supports execution across regions.
