The creation of two new curatorial positions marks the next step in this renewal process. It presents a rare opportunity to join the Academy at an exciting juncture where we seek to expand our world class and uniquely wide-ranging exhibition programme to reach even broader audiences.
We are currently seeking two experienced Curators to contribute to the development of a world class and wide-ranging exhibition programme in keeping with the exhibition strategy of the Royal Academy. Generating exhibition proposals, seeking collaborative exhibition opportunities and curating temporary exhibitions as specified, this role has a particular focus on 20th century art, although there is still an expectation to have interest in other areas in line with the breadth of the Academy's exhibitions.
