You will be responsible for managing a busy hospitality sandwich section within a high-volume kitchen, preparing fresh sandwiches daily to an exceptional standard. This role requires strong organisational and kitchen logistics skills to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.

You will also be responsible for producing accurate allergen information sheets; therefore, a thorough understanding of allergen awareness is essential. The ability to confidently cater to a wide range of dietary requirements is critical. As this is a high-profile site, maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency is essential at all times.

Qualifications:

With two years experience working in a similar sized operation and educated to C&G 1 & 2, NVQ or equivalent experience, you will have an exciting portfolio of awards, demonstrating the highest standards in the industry.
