Assistant General Manager – Bleecker – Baker St, London

The role

The Assistant General Manager is the General Manager’s right hand.

They lead, inspire and train.

The AGM plays an essential part in running the site’s operations.

They support driving sales and food consistency, ensure compliance with company standards and assist with training, recruitment and scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train and support store teams to deliver high standards of service and operations.
  • Drive sales, maintain food quality and consistency, and monitor compliance with brand standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with training, recruitment, scheduling and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Model leadership by example and actively contribute in a fast-paced environment.
