Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable and professional Asset Protection Officer to join our team. This role combines retail security with excellent customer service skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead store security operations and CCTV monitoring
- Detect and prevent potential losses
- Ensure a safe environment for customers, staff, and vendors
- Manage staff entrance security and access control
- Oversee deliveries and shipments
- Conduct security checks and maintain documentation
- Partner with store management on loss prevention
Essential Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably with key holder responsibilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (6:30 AM – 9:30 PM, including weekends and holidays)
- Activity throughout shifts
- Lift/move items weighing 9kg or more when required
