Your Role
- Assessment & Engineering Studies (VDA / IGA)
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate site, building, and system data
- Perform and coordinate technical assessments and feasibility studies for energy retrofit projects
- Define the technical scope, design assumptions, and performance targets
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering studies (HVAC, piping, electrical, controls, civil/structural interfaces)
- Ensure overall technical integration and consistency across disciplines and systems
- Review, challenge, and validate engineering studies produced by Engineering Offices
- Conduct co-engineering and design review workshops with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, engineering partners, and suppliers
- Centralize, assess, and coordinate technical change requests throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure consistency between design studies, execution constraints, and as-built documentation
- Contribute to the review and technical validation of engineering change requests
- Monitor and technically approve engineering deliverables
- Support project execution teams during EPC phases by providing technical clarifications
- Participate in technical coordination with EPC contractors
- Ensure technical continuity between engineering, procurement, and construction phases
Your Profile
- Proven experience in project engineering and CAPEX project execution
- Proven experience in energy systems design, implementation, and support
- Strong knowledge of Energy Systems and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proven experience in multi-disciplinary engineering coordination for building energy projects
- Experience acting as Owner’s Engineer / Technical Coordinator on CAPEX projects
