Are you a qualified accountant ready to step into a strategic role that shapes the future of a purpose‑driven organisation? At MPS, we protect the careers, reputations, and wellbeing of healthcare professionals across the UK and internationally, and we’re now looking for a proactive, commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Finance team. You’ll be at the heart of decision‑making, working closely with teams across the organisation to drive performance, challenge thinking, and influence strategy.

Partnering with senior leaders, including Executive Directors, you’ll translate business plans into meaningful financial outcomes and deliver insight that genuinely matters. Acting as the go‑to expert for financial planning and analysis, you’ll shape multi‑year forecasts, optimise operational spend, and proactively support strategic initiatives, anticipating risks and opportunities rather than simply reporting on performance. This role offers real variety, senior visibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact. You don’t need to have held a Finance Business Partner role before, but you do need the right mindset, experience, and ambition to succeed in a strategic, business‑facing finance role.

  • Proven experience in FP&A, management accounting, or a business‑facing finance role
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to provide forward‑looking insights
  • Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable working with budgeting systems, financial models, and reporting tools
