Leeds City College is seeking a Deputy Head of Inclusive Learning (High Needs) to lead and develop the central High Needs function, ensuring excellent support for SEND learners and collaboration across college teams.

Reporting to the Head of Inclusive Learning (High Needs), you will drive strategies, manage cross‑college projects, and work with external partners to secure outstanding learner outcomes.
